Concroption.com Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any items that you purchase, you may return it within 30 days from your receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for your shipping charges on the return, and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Merchandise must be returned in the original condition that we shipped it to you. We will not accept any returns that have been opened. Problems may be resolved by first contacting us by e-mail. This is not a requirement though.
